Find out about Darwin’s work on the behaviour of bumblebees and how this helped him to develop his theory of Natural Selection.

Learn about the different types of bumblebee and go on a ‘bee walk’ in the Down House gardens. Discover how bumblebees play a vital role in the pollination of plants and find out how we can make our open spaces more bumble-bee friendly.
