We are looking for a Merchandiser to join our team. The role is Part Time and for a Fixed Term of 8 months, working 20 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone with:

- Knowledge of working with the Purchasing and Sales modules of stock.

control systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics NAV and Power BI.

- Effective negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of delivering against merchandising KPIs and targets.

- Strong communication skills who enjoys working collaboratively in a highly creative and commercial team.

As Merchandiser, you will be integral in improving inventory management processes and actions across our retail business, reducing stock levels while ensuring our sites receive the optimum stock to achieve sales targets.

You will set up reports to analyse sales performance as well as helping to inform the

wider central and site Retail teams on sales performance, so that timely decisions on

markdown and clearance can be made. In addition to this, you will manage effective day-to-day communications with our warehouse. You will strive for continuous improvement to ensure the streamlined co-ordination of stock movement from our suppliers to our sites.

To be considered as a Merchandiser, you'll need:

- Experience in merchandising across a multi-site commercial/retail operation, including managing high SKU counts and complex product ranging.

- Experience maintaining and optimising stock levels, and ensuring sales are fully met through good inventory management best practices.

- Experience in data analysis, forecasting and forward planning to deliver business

efficiencies and sales

- Ability to work remotely with internal (e.g. site/retail teams) and external

stakeholders (e.g. warehouse supplier)
