We are looking for a Community Engagement Co-ordiantor to join our team at Gainsborough Old Hall. The role is full time for a fixed term until 31 March 2026.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about engaging new communities and managing volunteers to ldeliver our Heritage Lottery funded community project at Gainsborough Old Hall.
As Community Engagement Coordinator you will oversee the delivery of the project and actively engage new audiences in volunteering and learning whilst valuing the heritage of the site.
The Community Engagement Co-ordinator will develop and deliver a series of agreed events for local people at Gainsborough Old Hall and work in partnership with key English Heritage staff to oversee the delivery of the project.
To be considered as a Community Engagement Co-ordinator you will need:
- Experience of managing volunteers and volunteer-led activities
- Experience of working with a range of people from the local community
- Experience of delivering events to reach new audiences, preferably gained within the heritage sector
- Experience of working with external partners and community stakeholders
- Experience of devising and delivering activities with volunteers, contractors and freelancers
