The Hermitage is open on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays between 11am and 4pm. If you would like to visit, then make your way to the Castle first to secure your place. Please note tickets can only be booked on the day and are limited to 6 people every half an hour, so arrive early to avoid disappointment. Unfortunately dogs are not allowed to visit the Hermitage at this time.

He fought in several campaigns against the Scots and the French during the Hundred Years' War, was a prime mover behind the deposition of Richard II, rebelled against Henry IV and was featured in plays by Shakespeare.
