We are looking for a Food and Beverage supervisor to join our team at Belsay Hall. This is a permanent, part time role, working 30 hours per week April to October, and 14 hours November to March.

This is a part-time role working a minimum of 30 hours per week from March to October, and then switching to a 14 hours per week contract from November to February.
As a Food and Beverage supervisor you will work closely with the manager to support with the wider team of F&B assistants, including supporting training and recruiting new staff. You will support the day-to-day delivery of targets and management of expenditure, as well as supporting compliance with health and safety legislation.
This role also includes working with the Food & Beverage assistants to prepare food and drinks from the best of regional and local produce at Belsay Hall and ensuring high levels of visitor experience.
For this role we are looking for someone who has experience of working in a customer facing role in a visitor attraction, preferably in a food and beverage environment.
Ideally, someone who has experience in
- supervising a team to deliver consistently high standards.
- generating profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
- working to HACCP, Food Safety, allergen and labelling legislation.
