We are looking for a Tintagel Retail Manager to join our team. The role is full time and permanent. You'll be required to work weekends.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced retail professional to lead the Retail operation at Tintagel Castle, delivering c.£650k income per annum.
As Tintagel Retail Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the retail operation. This includes managing the retail outlets on site, leading a diverse team to deliver consistently high standards of visitor experience, and generating profit by meeting revenue targets and controlling costs.
We are looking for someone who thrives in a retail environment, who can motivate a team to excel, and who is incredibly organised and efficient. You will have significant experience in a retail background and have demonstrable experience of previously managing a retail outlet in a similar environment.
To be considered as the Tintagel Retail Manager, you'll be able to demonstrate that you have the ability to drive and generate revenue in a retail environment and that you have experience of implementing and using a stock management system. You'll also have experience motivating a team and delivering excellent customer service.
Interviews will be held in the week commencing 1 June at Tintagel Castle.
