We are looking for a Volunteer Support Assistant to join our team at Kenwood House, London. The role is full time. You'll be on a full time basis, working 36 hours per week.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about heritage, community engagement, and volunteer coordination, who will help the Volunteer Manager in managing over 500 volunteers. The role offers the chance to contribute to one of London's most iconic historic houses, gain hands-on experience in volunteer management, and be part of a team that brings history and art to life for diverse audiences.

As Volunteer Support Assistant, you will help the Volunteer Manager in managing over 500 volunteers.

You will support the planning, coordination and administration of the volunteer programme, ensuring volunteers are effectively recruited, trained, rostered and supported across the site. You will also maintain accurate records and ensure all volunteer-related processes meet organisational, financial and compliance requirements.

To be considered as a Volunteer Support Assistant, you'll need:

Experience in a similar administrative or coordination role

Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities

Experience of diary management, scheduling or rostering

Excellent written communication skills

Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office
