Go back in time and get up close to the action as rival knights compete in the ultimate test of strength and skill.
Armoured knights and their squires will clash in four gruelling rounds. You’ll be transported back to the 15th century as you experience the pageantry, excitement and action of the fearsome tournaments that took place at the castle in days gone by.
There will be a feast of medieval treats to delight all ages. Immerse yourself in the encampment, listen to our merry minstrels and meet characters from the past. Observe the magical art of falconry as birds of prey soar over the castle, or gasp and giggle at our Jester. Young lords and ladies can even test their aim with ‘have-a-go’ archery, all against the backdrop of a seaside castle

We encourage visitors with mobility concerns to use the drop-off point at the castle gates. Disabled parking is limited and is on a first-come-first-served basis. Last entry is an hour before closing.

Cornwall Heritage Trust members pay a special rate on event days at Pendennis Castle. Simply show a valid membership card on the day of the event to redeem (not bookable online).
