• The bank account must belong to at least one of the members on this membership. If you wish to pay for another person’s membership, please contact Customer Services on the above number.
• If you wish to use a joint account, please supply just one name from the bank account.

In order to pay by Direct Debit please confirm the following:

I am the named account holder of the account to be debited.

I am the only signatory required to authorise this Direct Debit
You must check both options before you can continue.

Please note: if you are not the account holder or if your account is a business account and more than one person is required to authorise debits, please complete a paper Direct Debit.
