WIN AN UNFORGETTABLE LONDON THEATRE BREAK FOR TWO

Mel Brooks’ cult classic The Producers has exploded onto the West End in its first major London revival, and one lucky English Heritage member will have the chance to combine seeing this joy-filled smash hit with an overnight stay at The Clermont.

Hailed as ‘the funniest show in London’ (Evening Standard) and ‘the show we need right now’ (The Times), this musical based on Brooks’ 1967 film has audiences and critics alike roaring with laughter. When down-on-his-luck theatrical producer Max Bialystock teams up with timid accountant Leo Bloom to swindle investors by deliberately staging a surefire flop, their scheme backfires when the audience responds to their outrageous opening night with thunderous applause. Naturally, chaos ensues…

★★★★★ ‘A masterful revival. Even more deluxe and delightful. You will laugh a lot’ The Times
★★★★★ ‘The funniest show in London. I honestly can’t find fault with it’ Evening Standard
★★★★★ ‘A sparkling, comedic masterpiece. If laughter is medicine, this show should be on prescription’ Broadway World

Now playing at the Garrick Theatre after its sold-out run at the Menier Chocolate Factory, The Producers has been reimagined by Tony-Award-winning director Patrick Marber. With triumphant performances from Andy Nyman, Marc Antolin, Trevor Ashley, Raj Ghatak, Harry Morrison and Joanna Woodward, and plenty of “hammily catchy melodies and taboo-busting gags” (Sunday Express) too, this “musical riot of the century” (Mail on Sunday) is simply too hilarious to miss.

And when the curtain falls, a stay at The Clermont in central London will be the perfect way to recharge after all that laughter. Located beside Charing Cross station and just steps away from the West End, the hotel combines grand 19th-century architecture with modern style and exceptional service.
