Group Visits to Brodsworth Hall and Gardens

We are now open to bookings from the Travel Trade at Brodsworth Hall and Gardens. Pre-booking is now essential to limit visitor numbers and ensure effective social distancing. Please don't travel to our sites unless you have pre-booked as we won't be able to let you in without your booking confirmation.

Booking Information

We provide great value with a 15% discount for groups of 11 or more visitors paying together. We also offer free entry for coach drivers and tour leaders.

There is no limit on the maximum group size, where the visit is self-led. Please note that all groups must separate in to their household/support bubble or party of 6 on arrival and for the duration of their visit. Social distancing rules apply to anyone not in your household/support bubble.

Average length of visit - 3 hrs

To book your visit email us at: bookings@english-heritage.org.uk with the following information:

  • Name of property
  • Date of visit
  • Time of visit
  • Group name
  • Number of visitors
  • Number of leaders/drivers
  • Method of transport

Please include the name of the property and date of visit in the subject line.

BEFORE YOU BOOK

Where the booking is for a guided tour (currently only permitted in external spaces at our properties), this must not be any larger than 30 people, including the guide. People within that tour will still need to separate into their household/support bubbles or party of 6 and maintain 2m from others who are not in the same household/support bubble.

It is now a legal requirement for all tourism and hospitality businesses to capture the name and number of the ‘lead member’ of each sub-group (of up to 6 people unless from one household / support bubble) within a larger group booking for NHS Test and Trace purposes. Each of our properties will be displaying an NHS Test and Trace QR code, which your customers may also use. Contact details collected from your booking will be used to support our obligation to support NHS Test and Trace You can find out more about this here.

We’ve introduced new measures for everyone’s safety across all our properties. Although things might be a little different when you visit, you’ll still be able to enjoy exploring where history happened, and you’ll still be given a warm welcome by our friendly staff and volunteers. For information on what may have changed at this property check the property homepage.

COACH PARKING

Free parking for 3 coaches 250 metres from the site entrance.

GUIDED TOURS

Please note we currently have limited ability to offer exclusive guided tours at our properties and cannot always guarantee availability at the point of booking. Group-led guiding is permitted in external spaces only at our properties.

This once opulent Victorian Hall offers a fascinating insight into the changing fortunes of a previously wealthy Victorian family, with many of the original fixtures and fittings still in place.

Join one of our expert guides on a Taster Tour and gain access to the house before it opens to the public. Experience the tranquillity of the Morning Room and the grandeur of the Drawing Room, before exploring the spectacular Victorian Kitchen and gaining insight into life ‘below stairs’.

Our guides can tailor the tour to suit the interests of your group – from family history, to the mammoth conservation project undertaken by EH to preserve the precious interiors, or just simply ‘a bit of everything’.
