Audley End is surrounded not just by beautiful gardens but by a whole historic landscape, with an incredible array of remains spanning well over 2,000 years.

Join English Heritage archaeologist and historian Dr Al Oswald on a gentle stroll around the grounds to discover a wealth of hidden stories about England’s past. Suitable for older kids and interested dogs.

This tour involves some walking and may include some stairs or uneven terrain. Part of this tour takes place outside, so please wear suitable footwear and dress appropriately for the weather.
