Great North Run

Famous for its inclusive atmosphere, unbeatable on-route entertainment and warm Geordie welcome, Great North Run magic can be hard to understand – until you’ve experienced it for yourself on the Newcastle to South Shields route.
The Red Arrows will be back for their Tyne Bridge flypast and display at South Shields before the crowds welcome you home with their roars and cheers on the last mile.
