Come and help create a story and collage of a mermaid who swam up the River Trent, all the way to Gainsborough! Set the scene of river life, design the mermaid herself and decide what she sees and where she goes on her journey.

These free workshops run throughout the summer holidays for local children to create a frieze, adding to it each week to create a masterpiece before term starts in September!

These workshops are free and there is no need to book. Simply drop in from anytime between 10am and 2pm in the Education room.
