Bookings and Payments
Pre-booking your visit is essential. To book a trade or group visit please register or log-in to access the Group Ticketing and Bookings Portal. If you are a travel trade business please register by emailing traveltrade@english-heritage.org.uk, as it is most likely you will already have an account set up which we can add you to.
How to book

Make a booking:
Visit the Group Ticketing and Bookings Portal for 26/27 season visits.

Agency Voucher Scheme
Our Agency Voucher Scheme (AVS) simplifies group administration and ensures your visit runs smoothly.
Once your account is set up, all you need to do is confirm you want to use AVS as the payment method when making your group booking. Your tour leaders then present your company voucher at the point of entry and the group will be admitted with no cash transaction. Our team will handle the admin and invoice you after the visit.
Entry onto the scheme is subject to a successful application, terms and conditions apply.
