New for Summer 2026

A brand-new exhibition is now open in the Battle Abbey Visitor's Centre.

Find out what England was like before the Battle of Hastings through playful illustrations, and see a new film on the battle itself. There are interactive displays, armour and weapons for you to discover too.

There’s also a new family trail for you to follow as you explore the grounds and see where the battle took place.

This display is included with your admission to Battle Abbey. Members go free.
