Parking charges apply to non-members. Parking free for members. Entrance is located 10 metres across road from the site. Approx 100 parking spaces (more on event days).

You are welcome to bring a picnic to enjoy in the 40 acres of woodland park that surround the castle. There are picnic benches and grassed areas, including the Castle Green, to sit on.

Museum tells the history of the site dating back 4,000 years from the Neolithic period to the Civil War. Complete with artefacts.

Beeston Park is surrounded by 40 acres of beautiful woodland park, with pathways and resting areas dotted around the wildlife-thronged woods.

Steep cliffs feature on this site. There are large areas of uneven surfaces and rabbit holes.
