It’s back! The BBC Gardeners’ World Autumn Fair will return to Audley End House and Gardens, Essex, from 30 August to 1 September. This great day out will feature garden inspiration, top experts including Gardeners’ World presenters Adam Frost, Rachel de Thame and Joe Swift sharing seasonal tips, and fantastic shopping - all set within Audley's magnificent Capability Brown landscape.
Alongside much-loved annual Autumn Fair favourites such as the BBC Gardeners’ World Magazine Stage, Showcase Gardens, Beautiful Borders, great shopping, BBC Good Food Market and live entertainment, this year sees the addition of a NEW Get Growing Stage hosted by TV chef Marcus Bean, featuring a daily line-up of experts sharing seasonal ideas and ‘Grow Your Own’ advice to take home.
In addition, visitors can book onto NEW Have-A-Go Workshops designed to boost autumn gardening and growing skills, get 1-to-1 advice at the APL Design Clinic, join Plant Expert Tours of Audley's Kitchen Gardens (book in advance) and shop from over 30 nurseries selling beautiful seasonal plants and exhibitors of gardening kit and accessories. The shopping continues with food and drink at the BBC Good Food Market, street food and an alfresco bar.
There’s no better place to get tips and ideas for extending the season in your garden and enjoying it to the full this year.
English Heritage members benefit from discounted any-time entry tickets, free parking and a BBC Magazine with adult/senior entry tickets booked in advance. All tickets include entry to Audley End House and Gardens. Dogs are permitted in outside areas on a lead.
