    When staying at an English Heritage holiday cottage, you'll receive a VIP guest card that provides complimentary access to all English Heritage sites for the duration of your stay.

    At the site you are staying at, you'll have exclusive out-of-hours access to the grounds and gardens to enjoy at your own leisure. During this time, you will be unable to access the house and the Visitor Centre.

    From November through to March, visiting hours are reduced across English Heritage sites. Please check specific opening times for Audley End House and Gardens to find out more.

    When staying for a 7 night period that falls over two date bands your holiday price will be prorated.

    A maximum of two well behaved dogs are allowed at the property. A charge of £30 per stay is made for each dog (there is no charge for guide dogs or hearing dogs).

    Christmas stays are a minimum of five nights, checking from the 22 December 2023. New Year's stays are a minimum of five nights between 29 December 2023 and 4 January 2024. Book online or by contacting our booking team at holidaycottages@english-heritage.org.uk.
