There are 55 steps to the keep and then spiral stairs to the roof deck. Unfortunately this makes the tower inaccessible to wheel chair users.

The tower has 55 entrance steps with handrails and inside the tower. Seated resting points are available off the central stairway. There are walkways inside the tower and stairs up to the roof deck.
