  Free parking for up to 200 cars, plus peak time and events off-site parking a 5 minute walk from the castle and can be found at Broadlees - CT16 1HW. Please note, our car park is located on-site, and so opens at the same time as the castle.

  Road Access

  If there are delays at the Port of Dover we can recommend the following alternative routes to the castle that are not impacted by the delays:

  • The M2/A2 corridor
  • The A299 towards Ramsgate and then following the A256 to Dover.
  • For those who need to use the M20/A20 we recommend coming off at Alkham Valley and using Alkham Valley Road or coming off at Capel and use old Folkestone Road B2011.
