Aldborough Roman Site

This September, Aldborough Roman Site will host an archaeological excavation led by the University of Cambridge. During site opening hours, visitors can meet our fantastic volunteer team and watch archaeologists at work as they uncover new insights into the site's Roman past. We're also celebrating Heritage Open Days on Sunday 20 September. Join us to meet the archaeologists and expert tour guides, and discover more about the rich history and significance of this remarkable site.
