Visitor Centre Toilet Closure
The toilets in our Visitor Centre will be closed today for a deep clean. There are still paid toilets available in the council owned Abbey Headland Carpark as well as toilets available in the YHA Cafe behind the Visitors Centre.
Prices and Opening Times for Whitby Abbey
Advance booking
You can book online until midnight the day before your visit to get the discount. You can still buy a ticket on the day of your visit online or when you arrive, but you’ll pay full price.
Tickets are valid all day, so you can arrive at any time and stay for as long as you like within our opening hours.
Tickets are free for members. You can still book online if you’d like – just remember to bring your English Heritage membership card.
