Choose your ticket type
There are two types of tickets available at Eltham Palace. You can choose between a gardens only ticket or a ticket for both the house and gardens.

Gardens Only
Book a gardens ticket to explore our glorious, award-winning gardens. Wander through 19 acres including our peaceful rock garden and fragrant sunken rose garden. This ticket also includes the play area and cafe.
Gardens only tickets available for visits up to 18 July.

House and Gardens
Book a house and gardens ticket to add on the chance to explore our magnificent Art Deco Mansion House and medieval Great Hall then our glorious, award-winning gardens.
House and Gardens ticket available for visits to 30 September.
